Account Coordinator
Image Source is currently seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to provide sales, marketing and client support to the sales team. This person will serve as an important point of internal contact for the sales team and sometimes even externally to clients.
Main responsibilities include:
- Partnership with 1-2 Account Executives to help grow sales and order volume
- Efficient management of the entire ordering process, including entry of orders and following-up with suppliers to make sure orders are complete, correct and delivered on-time
- Help maintain and grow our business relationships with industry suppliers through day-to-day order management
- Manage the transfer of print-ready artwork, and approval of product proofs
- Preparation of quotes, proposals and client presentations
- Collecting and presenting research information
- Proactively manage order-related challenges under tight deadlines and high client expectations – this includes troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Backup for answering and accurately managing calls and voicemail on a multi-line phone system
Applicants should have very strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. All candidates must possess solid, customer-focused written and oral communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook required, as well as an ability to quickly learn other data-entry and computer programs.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree and at least 4-5 years work experience. Previous experience in a creative-services company or agency is desired. Prior experience in the promotional products industry is highly desired.
